RETURNS
Dear Customers,
We hope you will love your Whisbear, but in case it does not fulfill your expectations or is eligible for a return please contact our Customer Service: contact@whisbear.com to obtain further information.
You are entitled to return Whisbear within 14 days after receiving it without giving a reason, but the product must be in an immaculate and unused condition.
To speed up the process please provide the following information in your email:
Your Full Name
Date of purchase
Order number
Along with return instructions, you will also receive a return form. Please print it, fill it and send back with your Bear to the address provided.
After receiving the returned product, money will be transferred to your PayPal account within 7 working days.
Please note:
We will only refund you for Whisbear excluding delivery charge you have paid on purchasing the product.
REPLACEMENTS
If you experience problems with your Whisbear or the device you can request a replacement.
To do so please contact contact@whisbear.com .
To speed up the process please provide the following information in your email:
- Your Full Name
- Date of purchase
- Order number
Along with a detailed description of the problems you are experiencing with the device.
After receiving the request, our Customer Service will contact you to explain the further procedure.
As soon as we analyse your case we will inform you if it a device or a Bear qualifies to be replaced or fixed.
Please note:
It takes up to 2 weeks to receive a replacement, but we do our best to send them as soon as possible after faulty device or Bear have been received and checked.
